Are you in the process of becoming licensed to provide family child care in your home?  
Have you become licensed for family child care within the past three years? 
Interested in becoming a family child care provider? 

If so, you may qualify for a unique training designed to help you set up a
successful family child care business and make the day-to-day challenges
of running a child care business easier. 

 Family Child Care, Inc along with Minnesota Licensed Family Child Care Association and Child Care Resource and Referral offers 16 hours of classes covering all of the basics that you need to be a family child care provider. 

Classes offered include:

¨      Recordkeeping for a Business in Your Home
¨      Ages, Stages & Learning
¨      Professional Development
¨      Child Guidance
¨      Nutrition, Sanitation and Health
¨      Provider’s Rights & Responsibilities 

The purpose of these classes is to give new providers a solid base from which
they can design and implement a successful family childcare business.
